Shipping Options

Shipping may be slower during the holiday season.

Tracking on all orders! 

All our shipments come with a Tracking Code so you can see the progress of your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation with Tracking code in your inbox within 1-3 business days after your order, please check the spam-folder if you can't find it, it will be there for sure!

For your convenience, we are happy to ship our products to most place in the world. For detailed information on standard and expedited delivery, choose the shipping option when check out. 

Please note all international orders may be subject to customs fees and inspection in the destination country which may result in a charge and/or delivery delay beyond our control. Please check with your local customs office before ordering to determine if there are any additional costs. 

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, missing, or delivered to the incorrect address. Please ensure that your address is correct when placing your order and that you will be available to receive your order upon delivery. Shipping fees are non refundable and we are not responsible for carrier delays.

Orders are processed, shipped and delivered Monday through Friday only. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on national holidays. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday, will be processed the following business days.

Returns

Important! Make sure to send us a message before you return the product. 

Earrings and some personalized jewellery cannot be returned for change of mind.

We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at IJecacc, that’s why we offer a 14-day return policy. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition as long as you contact us within 15 days from the delivery date. 

Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

We don't provide return labels. 

Refund

As soon as we have received your refunded product we will refund the price of the products within a business day.

With PayPal it can sometimes take a week before it gets back to you. With Credit Card payments it should go super quick.
