Some of the more common questions you may have

1. What are the delivery charges for orders?

There are multiple shipping options at checkout.

Shipping is $5 to $29, depending on spend and service chosen.

Free standard shipping on orders over $89.

2. What methods of payment do you accept?

All cards as shown at the bottom of the page, managed by Shopify or Paypal

These are secure third party options and I see no other information that you provide apart from what I need to send your items.

3. How long will it take?

Please allow 2-3 working days for us to make your order, Weekends are non work days.

4. What exactly happens after ordering?

After you submit your order you’ll be charged for the order amount and will receive an email confirmation that will include your order details. Your order will go into the queue to be fulfilled. When it’s ready it will be packaged and shipped to your address. Then you can track your order with the track number.

5. Do you ship internationally?

Yes ,we ship worldwide.

6. I want something made to order

If you don't like the length, pendant, want matching items, made to match clothing...anything. Just contact us .

7. What if I don't like my jewellery?

First things first; Contact us

For feedback it would be nice to know if there is a problem with the delivery or jewellery, you need to contact us within 14 days to express wishes to return and then another 14 days to return your jewellery for a full refund.

Earrings and some personalized  jewellery cannot be returned for change of mind.
